At FOCO, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your fan gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in original, unworn condition. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, our team is here to ensure your shopping experience is a home run.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and include the packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
